Loss Mitigation Assistance

Navigating the loss mitigation or restructuring your loan process can be stressful and difficult, particularly with the huge percentage of banks that give conflicting messages and document requests. But the process doesn’t have to be a mystery. Our underwriting team has worked with hundreds of homeowners to resolve their mortgage delinquencies or negotiate settlements on their loans.

Many homeowners (or companies/attorneys representing homeowners) make fundamental mistakes in the loss mitigation process, leading to denials or loan restructurings that the homeowner can’t afford. We always discuss the actual way things work, and never promote unrealistic expectations. It is important to know what works, and what doesn’t. We will work with you to create a plan that makes sense and achieves your goals.
